White Hills Resort is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender/Events Coordinator to help create unforgettable experiences, and coordinate exciting events that bring our community together. We’re looking for someone brimming with ideas, passionate about collaboration, and ready to take our après-ski experience to the next level.
Duties and responsIbilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Deliver top-tier customer service in the bar and lounge, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional après-ski experience.
- Serve beverages with professionalism and a warm demeanor, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage inventory, ensuring the bar is always stocked and operational.
- Collaborate with local businesses, musicians, and event planners to organize and execute engaging events.
- Coordinate promotional and collaborative events that bring value to our patrons and partners.
- Work closely with resort staff to ensure all events align with our mission of fostering community pride and connection.

working hours and conditions
This is a full-time, on-site position that requires weekend and evening availability to accommodate resort operations and events. The role involves a mix of fast-paced bartending shifts and dynamic event coordination tasks. You’ll be an integral part of creating memorable après-ski experiences and fostering community collaborations. Flexibility and a proactive approach are essential, as you’ll play a key role in enhancing the guest experience during peak periods and special events.
