Sorry to say that White Hills does not offer lodging at this time. Clarenville is a large and thriving town so there are usually rental listings posted on social media groups.
To work at White Hills Resort you must be a Canadian citizen or have a valid Canadian Work Permit. All foreign workers must present their visa, work permit, Canadian Social Insurance Number (or proof that they have applied for a Canadian Social Insurance Number), before an employment offer will be made.
The White Hills Resort Appearance Policy is designed to give our guests confidence in the team's professionalism.
- Employees are expected to be well-groomed and wear clean clothing, free of holes, tears, or other signs of wear.
- When provided, employees are expected to dress inWhite Hills Resort uniform.
- In accordance with Occupational Health and Safety Policy, foot wear must be appropriate for the work environment.
- Hair must be clean and neatly groomed.
- All employees must follow our scent free policy, which means no excessive perfume and ensuring your personal hygiene is well maintained at all times.
- Jewellery must be worn in moderation and must not interfere with job function or safety. For safety reasons, management may make amendments based on your position.
- Any tattoos that could reasonably offend a guest or fellow employee must be covered while at work.
- Employee clothing and equipment, skis and snowboards, should be free of offensive stickers.
- All outdoor uniforms are required to be returned at the end of employment

Yes. If you are a successful applicant White Hills Resort will refund your Season Pass according to our policy and the number of days you work.
Our winter season is scheduled to operate from mid-January to early April. Snowmakers and other outdoor operations employees usually start work in December.
Our operations are dependant on weather. Decisions about how many employees are needed and what areas they are needed in are made daily. There is no work on closed days. On quiet days, some team members might work a half-day and head home early.
Yes. All White Hills employees are flexible and complete other duties as assigned. Line management, bussing tables, checking tickets, sorting recycling, we do it all.
