Buy online before you leave home and then pick up your tickets on arrival. Or just head straight to the ticket office where the team will help you buy exactly what you need.There are three ticket window locations:
- Lower level of the Day Lodge (open Wednesday to Sunday).
- Inside the Rental Shop (open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday).
- A window outside on the right hand side of the Rental Shop (looking from the road). This is open on Saturday and holidays
Please come to the ticket office on the lower level of the Day Lodge to redeem.
To access lifts and terrain, all guests must have a valid lift ticket on the mat all times.

If you plan to ski or ride six days or more this winter, then a Season Pass is the way to go. Not only will you save money, but you’ll also get to skip the ticket window and go straight to the lift everytime. Season Pass holders receive exclusive benefits too. Best of all is the Season Pass Price Freeze. Until November 30, you will pay exactly what you did last year for unlimited access to White Hills Resort.

Early Termination and Refund Option

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable unless Season Pass Protection is purchased for an additional fee. Any refund of any amount through the Season Pass Protection program will follow the posted schedule and will not take place until after the completion of the winter season in April 2025. Season Pass Protection refunds are at the discretion and approval of White Hills Resort.
Season passes can not be resold. Passes must be used in the season they are purchased for and cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product.
Eligibility for Senior, Adult, Youth, Child, and Tot pricing is determined by the pass holders age at the time of purchase. Although Tot (5 and under) lift tickets are complimentary, all children must have a valid pass on their person while skiing. An optional Tot Season Pass can be purchased for $25 plus applicable taxes.
All facilities and programs are subject to seasonality, availability and change. White Hills Resort does not guarantee snow conditions, weather conditions, open terrain or the number of lifts operating.
The Season Pass holder may lose skiing/snowboarding privileges, with the pass revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to the Alpine Responsibility Code and White Hills Resort policy.

Terms and Conditions
Early Termination and RefundOption (the“Option”) Subject to the exceptions, limitations, and other provisions of the Option, a Season Pass holderwho has purchased the Option is entitled to early termination of Season Pass holder rights and obtain a refund as set out below in the event of:
- Injury, death, pregnancy or onset of an illness of the Season Pass holder that prevents the passholder from participating in skiing or snowboarding for the remainder of the season. Early Termination Refund Schedule applies.
- A pass holder moves to a location outside the local area for employment reasons. The local area is defined as Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador including all localities within a 200km radius of Clarenville, Newfoundland and Labrador. The date of employment start must be within 45 days ofSeason Pass purchase. The Early Termination Refund Schedule applies.
- You are unable to use your pass because the municipality, province, or country in which your permanent residence is located is subject to a“stay at home”, “shelter in place”, or other comparable mandatory government order lasty thirty (30) or more consecutive days. Your permanent residence refers to your fixed and principal home for legal and tax purposes. Early Termination Refund Schedule applies.
The right to exercise this Option commences on the date the fee is paid and terminates at theconclusion of 2024-25 White Hills Resort operations.
Early Termination Refund Schedule (applicable to events 1, 2 and 3 above)
Upon acceptance by White Hills Resort of a permitted early termination, the refund will be as follows:
- Prior to the first operating day of the 2024-25 winter season: 100% of purchase price, minus the fee paid for the termination option.
- Between the first operating day of the 2024-25 winter season and January 31, 2025: 75% of purchase price, minus the fee paid for the termination option.
- Between February 1, 2025 and February 28, 2025: 50% of purchase price, minus the fee paid for the termination option.
- After March 1, 2025: No refund will be issued.
Early Termination and Refund Procedure
Please submit your request in writing to White Hills Resort: info@whitehillsresort.com
When presenting your notice to terminate, please provide the following information:
- Name of pass holder
- Letter of explanation
- For health-related situations (event 1)
- A medical certificate showing first date of treatment
- A statement from a doctor stating that the Season Pass holder is unable to ski or snowboard and how long the illness or injury will prevent participation.
- For employment related situations (event 2)
- A letter of employment specifying location of work site and start date
Conditions
The following conditions apply to the Option:
- The Option must be purchased at the time of Season Pass purchase.
- The refund procedures must be completed within thirty (30) days of being entitled to early termination and occur prior to the end of the current winter season to be eligible for are fund.
- The Option fee is not refundable in the event of a notice to terminate.
- Refund can only be claimed in the current winter season.
- If the current Season Pass is used for any reason after the date of illness, injury, or move from the local area, no refund will be issued.
- Season Pass usage will be determined by White Hills Resort and will not be determined by the Season Pass holder.
- All refunds will be issued within thirty (30) days of refund approval.
- No refund will be issued outside the above guidelines.
Exceptions
A notice to terminate on the grounds of an inability to ski or snowboard:
- Caused by or contributed to by intentional self-injury.
- Due to pre-existing conditions.
- Do to an injury or illness that does not prevent the Season Pass holder from skiing or snowboarding.
